Global Protect VPN is not working with the Libraries' databases. How can I fix this?

Global Protect VPN does not allow off campus access to library electronic resources.

All library patrons need to authenticate through the library website/embedded discovery systems like the Databases A-Z list or Publications Finder.

This is due to increased security and bandwidth protocols in Global Protect compared to the old VPN Pulse Secure. Pulse Secure was configured differently and sometimes allowed access to library resources as an accidental benefit, but this was not something the library was involved with.
