First, please make sure that you are using the link for the database on the Libraries' Databases A-Z list. You need to use these links to get to databases, especially for off-campus access and even if you are using GlobalProtect VPN.
If you are using the link from the A-Z list and you're still having access problems, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please make sure to include what browser you're using, what steps and links you followed to access the resource and if possible, screenshots of the error that's happening.
