First, please make sure that you are using the link for the journal from the Libraries' Publications Finder. You need to use these links to get to journals we subscribe to electronically, especially for off-campus access and even if you are using GlobalProtect VPN.
If you are using the link from the E-Journal Finder and you're still having access problems, please email dbhelp@umass.libanswers.com for assistance. Please make sure to include what browser you're using, what steps and links you followed to access the resource and if possible, screenshots of the error that's happening.
