Drop off at UMass Amherst Campus
Books, DVDs, and interlibrary loan materials can be returned to book drops located at the Du Bois Library, Lederle Lowrise and outside the Mullins Center.
Unable to drop off items?
If you are unable to come to campus to return an item, please contact circulation@umass.libanswers.com.
If you need to return materials to us that are not equipment, you can also request a return shipping label to mail items back at no cost to you by filling out this form. If you want to return equipment, please see below.
Equipment (Laptops, Cameras, Chargers, Etc.)
Please do not return equipment in any book drop or you will be liable for any damage.
