Is there printing available in the Libraries?

What are my printing options when the Libraries are closed?

Pay-for-print black & white and color printers are located in the Libraries on the:

  • Lower Level of the Du Bois Library
  • Main (2nd) floor of the Science & Engineering Library. 
  • Outside Graduate Commons on 5th floor of the Du Bois Library (black and white only)

What is the cost for printing?

Black & White

How do I pay?

The pay-for-print stations accept a UCard (UMass ID card) with money on the account or a Guest Card.

You can add money to your UCard or purchase a Guest Card (with a $1 deposit) at the grey machine mounted on a brick column near the print stations and copiers on the Lower Level of the Du Bois Library and at the grey machine next to the entrance to the Science & Engineering Library. These machines accept $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills.

What if I need help?

Please ask for help at the Learning Commons desk in the Learning Commons of the Lower Level in the Du Bois Library or at the desk on the 2nd floor (main entrance) of the Science & Engineering Library.


Printing Off Campus

There are also few places in the local area that might be available for printing if you need to print outside available hours or are a member of the community. We recommend calling them first to confirm if they can print your materials and what their hours might be.
