This service is for students who are graduating in May. If you are not graduating in May, please see our answer here about returning or renewing materials.
If you are graduating in May, you can return your loans in several different ways. Whichever you choose, we’re asking you to fill out a form letting us know which way you’ll be returning books. This will help our staff to coordinate the return of materials to help keep them safe.
RETURN OPTIONS
- Drop off at an Amherst campus outdoor book drop
- You can drop your items off at these three locations on campus:
- Ship items to the Libraries
- If the above drop off options do not work for you, you can request a return shipping label to mail materials back at no cost to you. You will need to request a label by filling out this form.
SEND US YOUR RETURN OPTION
Please let us know how you plan to return your materials by filling out our form: https://forms.gle/WntAKaVdtd2sWJor6. You will need to log in with your UMass NetID and password.
This form will help us to plan for the volume of materials returned at each site and is how we will know if we need to send a return shipping label to you.
