What isn't covered by the OA policy?

Yes. Peer-reviewed, scholarly journal articles, book chapters and conference papers - all research outputs generally bundled into larger publications - are covered by the Open Access policy. Other scholarly research outputs, such as review articles, software code, protocols and methodologies, data, visualizations, etc., are not.
